Restaurant Manager

Our busy restaurant in Al-Malikiyah is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistency and high standards are maintained
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience working in a contract position
- Familiarity with the local community in Al-Malikiyah
