Job Title: Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning in all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company records, including employee files, financial documents, and contracts
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and responding to emails
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Help develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport is required for all nationalities
