Formworker in Eschen, Pakistan


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team in Eschen, Pakistan. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures according to blueprints and specifications. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, along with a free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine construction requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials such as lumber, plywood or metal
- Install formwork for concrete structures using various tools such as saws, hammers, drills, etc.
- Cut, shape and fasten materials to form molds for pouring concrete
- Pour concrete into forms and ensure it is level and smooth
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure proper curing of concrete
- Remove forms after concrete has dried and clean work area
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools associated with formwork construction
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs)
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to work full-time with flexible hours if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
