Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various stakeholders such as contractors, engineers, and architects. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee project budgets to ensure costs are kept within the approved limits.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to inspect work and address any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate with engineers and architects to make sure designs are implemented correctly.
- Manage project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all construction sites.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Salary: $1700 per month
Location: Abu Dhabi
