Temporary Executive Chef - Isa Town, Bahrain

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers. This is a temporary position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and ability to create innovative menus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and cleanliness
- Create seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends and incorporate customer preferences
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and consistency
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
