We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team on a contract basis in Isa Town. As an international culinary destination, we are looking for someone who is eager to make their mark on the local food scene. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating innovative and high-quality dishes, as well as experience managing a kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent culinary graduate or someone looking to gain experience in a new environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design menus that reflect our restaurant's vision and concept
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage inventory and ordering to control costs and minimize waste
- Train and lead kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, staffing, and scheduling
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with management, staff, and suppliers
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
- Proficient in menu planning, cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations

Salary:
1200$ per month (tax-free)
