Architectural Technologist - Part Time, Own Visa (Moscow, Nepal)



Our architectural firm in Moscow is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is open to candidates from Nepal who hold their own visa and are looking for employment opportunities in Moscow.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting our team of architects in the design and construction of various projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting research on materials and building codes, and collaborating with other team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of architectural principles and building techniques. You should also have excellent technical skills, including proficiency with CAD software and other design tools. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are also essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans based on design specifications
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Communicate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Ensure that all designs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve project efficiency and quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and create detailed drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
