Machine Operator (Indian/Pakistani)


We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machines used in our manufacturing process. This role will require great attention to detail, as well as technical and mechanical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines used in the production process
- Load materials into machines and ensure proper settings are applied
- Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Keep records of production output and machine performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical documents
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
