Facade Engineer


We are in need of an experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Acre. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building facades, ensuring they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to develop facade designs that meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and make recommendations for facade improvements
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Supervise facade installation to ensure it meets design standards and building codes
- Review and approve shop drawings from fabricators and subcontractors
- Provide technical support during construction, troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the integrity of the facade system

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software programs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with glass, aluminum, steel, or other facade materials
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles for facades
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
