Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist for our growing company in Remish. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and resolving any issues they may have with our products or services. This is an English-speaking job, but we welcome Egyptian candidates who can communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide customers through the setup and installation process of our products
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our database
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical problems
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information in layman's terms
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Contract job experience is preferred but not required

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
