As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers to integrate structural requirements into designs
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are completed according to plans
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
