Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in Ufa. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure efficient and timely production of goods. This is a full-time position that requires experience in operating machines and the ability to work independently. Indian nationals are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect and maintain machines for optimal performance
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic repairs when necessary
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Record production data and report any issues or discrepancies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Own visa or valid work permit in Ufa

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
