Nepali Speaking Florist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Nepali Speaking Florist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in Nepali to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique and visually appealing flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Assist with pricing and displaying products in the shop
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience as a Florist is preferred but not required
- Creative and artistic with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various temperatures
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or overtime when necessary

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: This is a contract job with the possibility of extension.
