Job Title: Web Designer - Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, web development technologies, and user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop website layouts and designs based on client requirements
- Collaborate with developers to ensure website functionality and design are aligned
- Create prototypes and wireframes to illustrate design concepts
- Implement responsive design techniques to ensure compatibility across devices
- Optimize website performance and loading times
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other visual design tools
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal is preferred
- A portfolio showcasing your previous web design projects is required
