We are searching for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Braga! As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties, ensuring that they are kept in top condition. Your role will involve responding to requests from tenants, conducting routine inspections, and completing necessary repairs and renovations.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any potential issues
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other building features
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Paint walls, repair drywall, and perform basic carpentry tasks
- Keep inventory of necessary tools and equipment
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure all work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and carpentry techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
