As a Library Assistant in Vianden, Luxembourg, you will be responsible for providing support to the librarian in managing and maintaining the library's collection. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for books and a desire to work in a quiet and organized environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with cataloguing new materials, including books, periodicals, and audiovisual resources
- Maintain the library's circulation system, including checking out and returning materials
- Shelve and organize materials according to established systems

- Process interlibrary loan requests from other libraries
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the library space

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred
- Prior experience working in a library setting is highly desirable
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of library management systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
