Entry-level Baker

As an entry-level baker, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced bakers in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Roll, cut, and shape dough for various baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glaze, or other toppings
- Maintain clean work area and equipment
- Follow all safety standards and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and eagerness to learn from experienced bakers
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or bags of flour/sugar
- Attention to detail for precise measurements and presentation of baked goods
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to take direction from superiors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa or be eligible for work permit in Manama
