Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Lisbon. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, administering medication and treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients' health status and documenting their medical history
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in Portugal or willingness to obtain one through visa sponsorship
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
