Restaurant Manager - Abu-Dhabi


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, managing inventory and budget, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profits
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Experience in developing marketing strategies is a plus
- Must have previous experience working in Abu-Dhabi
- Fluency in English is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This is an excellent opportunity for Filipinos or foreigners with experience in restaurant management who are looking for a full-time job in Abu-Dhabi. English proficiency is preferred but not required. Part-time positions are not available at this time. No prior experience is necessary as we will provide training for the right candidate.
