We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
