Handyman for Property Management Company



We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property management company in Izhevsk. This full-time position is suitable for men with experience in various handyman tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general repairs. This job does not require accommodation and is open to Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on our properties. This includes fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, replacing light fixtures, painting walls, and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various handyman tasks including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general repairs
- Inspect properties regularly for any maintenance needs
- Create and maintain a schedule for routine maintenance tasks
- Purchase necessary materials and supplies for repairs
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance performed
- Communicate with tenants to address any concerns or issues related to maintenance

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and other handyman tasks
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
