Architectural Designer


We are a growing architectural design firm located in the beautiful city of Funchal. We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This is an urgent position and the ideal candidate must have their own visa to work in Funchal.

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for our clients' projects. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs for various projects
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to discuss project requirements and design options
- Conduct site visits to gather information and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 2+ years experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position. As this is an urgent position, we are looking for someone who can join our team immediately.
