Job Title: Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Muscat. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons, ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical knowledge and experience in the mason profession.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
- Prepare work schedules and coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth workflow
- Train new employees on proper masonry techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and practices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mason profession, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of various construction materials, tools, methods, and techniques used in masonry work
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Muscat. However, we welcome applications from candidates of any nationality who have experience in the mason profession.
