Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience working as a commercial architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations for the Los Angeles area
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing commercial projects from conception to completion
- Strong design skills and ability to create innovative and functional spaces
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for commercial projects, including creating initial concepts and developing detailed plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure they comply with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
