Position: Administrator
Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein
Salary: $1200/month
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role is suitable for men who have sound knowledge of administrative tasks and are looking for a full-time job with visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory levels, ordering when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of documents and files
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
- No English proficiency required; fluency in German is preferred
