Restaurant Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy restaurant in Al-Rayyan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data to develop strategies for increasing profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar

Preference: Indians/Foreigners/English speakers
