We are a busy café in the charming town of Bansko, Bulgaria, seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. As an English speaking establishment, we are open to hiring foreigners who are passionate about coffee and have previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the café, including the bar area
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Create latte art and other creative designs for specialty drinks
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from different backgrounds
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a busy café or coffee shop setting
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and their flavor profiles
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
