Architectural Designer


We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish, India. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans for various projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other designers to create designs that meet their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans using AutoCAD or other design software
- Meet with clients to discuss project goals and requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are structurally sound
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Prepare presentations and communicate design concepts to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with green building practices and sustainability principles
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Revit

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Remish, India (Candidates from other nationalities are also welcome)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
