Construction Manager for International Company in Ashdod

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our international team in Ashdod. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and project timelines
- Hire and manage construction teams including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
- Monitor construction materials and equipment inventory levels
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Filipino or Nepali language is an advantage)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation, free visa sponsorship, air ticket allowance for annual leave. This position is suitable for male candidates who are willing to work part-time.
