We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our newly opened hotel in Almada, Portugal. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's facilities and services to potential clients, maximizing revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies, managing relationships with key accounts, and coordinating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Manage relationships with key accounts by building strong partnerships and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and prepare proposals for potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and guest satisfaction
- Analyze sales data, conduct market research, and monitor competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using our CRM system

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business leads
- Knowledge of local market trends and key players in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month along with attractive incentives based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Almada, Portugal. Candidates should be willing to relocate if not currently residing in the area.
