Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Almada. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and competitors' activities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a similar role or capacity
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
