Personal Trainer (Malayalee/Canadian)
Our fitness center in Doha is seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will work with clients of all ages and fitness levels to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. This position is open to both Malayalee and Canadian candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans for clients based on their goals, needs, and abilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching and instruction during training sessions
- Motivate and support clients to help them stay on track with their fitness journey
- Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper form, nutrition, and overall healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a safe and clean workout environment for clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and certifications
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related role
- Certification in personal training from an accredited organization (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam or French proficiency is a plus)
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to motivate others
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends if needed
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
Other details:
This is not a live-in position; therefore no accommodation will be provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Qatar. Freshers are welcome to apply for this position.
