IT Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our international team in Riyadh. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new systems and technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of all our technology processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage and oversee a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the security of all company data and systems
- Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of hardware and software systems
- Develop policies and procedures for IT operations
- Manage the IT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of network security protocols and data protection measures
- Familiarity with hardware, software, networking, databases, web development, and cloud services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1600$ per month (tax-free)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (open to Filipinos or foreigners)
