Job Benefits and Conditions:

• Competitive salary: starting from AED 30,000 and up (with 45–55% commission per deal). Your income is unlimited — the more deals you close, the more you earn.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with client inquiries and property selection. Engage in both cold outreach and warm lead processing, identifying property sale opportunities.

• Organize meetings, viewings, and provide consultations.

• Fully support the client from the first contact through to the completion of the deal.

• Record all activity and updates in the CRM system.

What We Expect From You:

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate or premium sales.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Basic to confident level of English.

• Experience working with Bitrix CRM.

Important Note:

In real estate, brokers earn from successful deals — there is no fixed monthly salary.
