Filipino Retail Sales Associate in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


A reputable retail company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Filipino Retail Sales Associate to join their team. As a retail sales associate, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and promote sales by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming customers into the store
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing accurate information about the products
- Recommending products based on customer needs and preferences
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are fully stocked at all times
- Achieving sales targets set by the management
- Participating in inventory counts as needed

The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- A pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work on weekends or shifts as needed
