Retail Sales Associate - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Nepali candidates preferred)


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and stocked.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and regularly check inventory levels
- Assist with visual merchandising to attract customers
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Nepali (English language skills preferred but not required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
