Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities related to construction projects. Your role will involve managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish within budget and on schedule
- Oversee the hiring and management of subcontractors and other construction workers
- Prepare project budgets, estimates, schedules, and progress reports for management
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Maintain accurate records of all project details including contracts, change orders, and invoices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials and equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
