Junior Merchandiser


We are a leading retail company based in Muharraq, seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Merchandiser to join our team. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies for our stores. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing merchandising plans to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices and maintain good relationships
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure attractive displays in-store
- Analyze sales data to make recommendations for product assortment and pricing strategies
- Participate in store visits to ensure product availability, placement, and compliance with company standards
- Assist in training new merchandisers on company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid biometric passport for visa purposes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within the country for store visits if needed
- Freshers are welcome to apply
