We are hiring a skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Herzliya. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. Your attention to detail, strong technical background, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and clients to determine design requirements for building facades
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and safety standards
- Identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure proper functioning of facades
- Work closely with contractors to oversee construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Strong understanding of building materials, structural engineering principles, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
