Part-Time Moderator for Indian Community in Kaunas

We are seeking a part-time Moderator to join our growing Indian community in Kaunas. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for our members by monitoring discussions and ensuring that our community guidelines are followed. You will also contribute to creating engaging content and organizing events to further strengthen the bonds within our community. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about bringing people together and can commit to working 10-15 hours per week.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience moderating online communities is a plus
- Strong understanding of Indian culture and customs
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary: $1200 per month (based on 10-15 hours per week)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (no English language skills required)
