Industrial Architect


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Eschen, providing design and planning services for industrial buildings. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and efficient building designs that meet our clients' needs and comply with relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their project requirements and goals
- Develop initial concept designs for industrial buildings, including layout, materials, and finishes
- Create detailed construction drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor construction progress and make any necessary design adjustments or changes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and relevant building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Eschen
