Merchandiser for Part-Time Position in Ufa, Russia



Position: Part-time Merchandiser
Location: Ufa, Russia (Malayalees preferred)
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a part-time Merchandiser to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are visually appealing and well-stocked in retail stores. This position requires someone with experience in merchandising and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting retail stores to check and maintain product displays
- Setting up promotional displays and ensuring they are placed strategically
- Rotating stock to ensure that products with the closest expiration dates are at the front
- Checking for damaged or expired products and removing them from shelves
- Communicating with store managers to discuss sales targets and product placement strategies

Requirements:
- Malayalees preferred but not required
- Previous experience in merchandising or related field
- Attention to detail and ability to follow planograms/instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with store managers
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively

This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours of work per week. The schedule may vary depending on store needs but will primarily be during weekdays. No English language skills are required for this role.
