Indian Architecture Manager in Balzers



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Architecture Manager to join our team in Balzers. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects in our company, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager
- Strong leadership and management skills
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles and software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with international clients is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Oversee the entire architectural process from concept development to construction completion
- Review project proposals and ensure they align with client requirements and company standards
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being executed according to design plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to address any concerns or changes in requirements

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Balzers, a picturesque town in Liechtenstein known for its beautiful architecture.
