We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Balzers. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all architectural projects within our company. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of architectural principles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve project designs, drawings, and blueprints
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
