Sales Manager - Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. You will also be in charge of building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to inform business decisions
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (preferred)
- Must have authorization to work in Luxembourg
