We are currently hiring a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients in Clairvaux, France. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, setting up new computer systems, and providing training to end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients in person or remotely
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure new computer systems and peripherals
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Train end-users on basic computer functions and software applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with IT team to identify recurring issues and suggest solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, networking, and software applications
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing high-quality support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
