Computer Support Specialist - Clairvaux


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new systems, and maintaining network security.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and components, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have experience with common operating systems, such as Windows and MacOS, and be familiar with networking protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new computer systems
- Maintain network security by monitoring for potential threats
- Assist with system upgrades and updates
- Train clients on how to use new software or equipment
- Document technical procedures for future reference

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, etc.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
