Teamlead for International Software Development Team in Izhevsk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our international software development team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of developers from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as experience in managing remote teams and working on international projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Mentor team members, providing technical expertise and promoting professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience managing remote teams and working on international projects
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (knowledge of Russian is an asset)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 USD per month.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk, Russia. However, candidates from other countries are welcome to apply as long as they are willing to relocate.
