Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our company by managing administrative tasks and providing assistance to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as needed
- Maintain records of company policies, procedures, and documents
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
