As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for the installation and finishing of concrete structures, ensuring that they meet project specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksites for concrete pouring, including laying out forms and installing reinforcing steel
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using trowels or other tools
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper hardening of concrete
- Repair any imperfections or defects in finished concrete structures
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker in a construction setting
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own visa preferred but not required for Indian nationals
